Shipping policy

We will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery time is [7–15 business days], depending on your destination and courier schedule.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Once the parcel is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.

Duties, import taxes and customs fees may apply for international orders and are the buyer’s responsibility.
